By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Prague Private Trips provides private day trips by car with a driver from Prague to selected destinations.

All trips are private and priced per vehicle (up to 4 passengers), unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are subject to availability.

After submitting a booking request:

• Availability is confirmed by email.

• The selected date is temporarily reserved for 24 hours.

• A deposit payment is required to secure the booking.

• The booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

For bookings made more than 72 hours before the trip:

• A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation.

• The remaining balance may be paid in cash on the day of the trip or online in advance.

For bookings made less than 72 hours before the trip:

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Payments are processed in Czech crowns (CZK). Prices displayed in EUR are indicative.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled trip.

If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before departure:

• The deposit becomes non-refundable.

• For fully paid last-minute bookings, the payment is non-refundable.

5. Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Traffic situations

• Road closures

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be offered.

Prague Private Trips is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

• Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location

• Following safety instructions

• Respecting the vehicle and driver

Damage caused by passengers may be subject to compensation.

7. Liability Limitation

Prague Private Trips provides transportation services only.

We are not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Third-party services (restaurants, attractions, etc.)

• Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Czech jurisdiction.
