from first message to drop-off
STEP 1: TELL US YOUR PLAN (5 minutes)
WhatsApp, email, or the form. Let us know:
- Where you'd like to go (or not sure? We'll help you choose)
- When (date or timeframe)
- How many people are in your group
- Any special requests? (children, accessibility…)
STEP 3: ON THE DAY
- Driver waits at your hotel
- WhatsApp him directly if you're running late
- Trip happens at YOUR pace — change plans anytime
- Free water, WiFi, and stories along the way
STEP 2: WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU
We'll send you:
- The exact price (no surprises)
- A suggested itinerary
- Pickup time
- The driver's name
- A contact number for the day
You confirm. No deposit, no binding fees.
STEP 4: AFTER THE TRIP
- Pay at the end — cash (CZK/EUR/USD) or card
- We'll email you a receipt
- And ask one favor: a quick review if you enjoyed it
